Terms of Service

Summary: You can use One-Email to send transactional and consent-based emails. Don't send spam. Don't abuse the platform. We'll do our best to keep your emails delivered.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using One-Email (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

One-Email provides a transactional email API, SMTP relay, and dashboard for sending emails. The Service includes API access, SDK, CLI tools, webhook delivery, analytics, and related infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must only send emails to recipients who have given consent to receive them.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We provide a 10% free buffer on each tier before overage charges apply.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process email data solely to provide the Service. Email content is not stored beyond what is necessary for delivery and analytics.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One-Email's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
