Why we built One-Email
We've been building SaaS products for years. Every one of them needed the same thing: a reliable way to send password resets, welcome emails, and notifications without watching costs spiral.
So we looked at what was out there. Every transactional email API we found was doing the same thing — renting infrastructure from a cloud provider, wrapping it in a dashboard, and charging 10x what the emails actually cost to send.
What if we just... didn't do that?
One-Email runs on infrastructure we own. Real SMTP servers hosted in the EU, not someone else's API with a fresh coat of paint. That means we can offer 10,000 transactional emails for $5/month — and still run a healthy business.
We also built the one feature nobody else offers: automatic IP warming. When you get a dedicated sending IP, we ramp it up over six weeks so major email providers learn to trust it. No manual configuration, no deliverability guesswork, no emails landing in spam folders.
